01 Introduction & Applicability

By using the 12bak website or mobile app, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between 12bak and its users.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users residing in Bangladesh. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or participating in any betting or gaming activity, you automatically fall under these terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using 12bak.

12bak reserves the right to update its terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the website and will take effect from the date of the update. It is the user's responsibility to check this page regularly.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register an account with 12bak, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years You must be of legal age. No one under 18 will be permitted to register an account or use the platform.

KYC Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, or for transactions above a certain threshold, 12bak may require identity verification (Know Your Customer – KYC). You may need to submit a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.

03 Account Security

Keeping your 12bak account secure is entirely your responsibility. Keep your password and login credentials private — do not share them with anyone. Note that 12bak's support team will never ask for your password.

• Use a strong password — combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account.
• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity, contact support immediately.
• Avoid logging in from public or shared devices.

The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out through their account — regardless of who performed it. It is therefore strongly advised not to compromise on account security.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit

Deposits at 12bak can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred BDT).

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If detected, funds may be seized.
• Always use the correct reference number when making a deposit — failure to do so may result in processing delays.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected, 12bak reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.

05 Bonus & Promo Terms

12bak bonus offers are provided as additional benefits for users. However, each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, the required turnover multiplier of the bonus amount must be completed. If the conditions are not met within the specified timeframe, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

General Bonus Policy

• Each user may use each bonus offer once only.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or payment method is prohibited.
• Bonus funds may only be used on designated games or betting categories — they may not apply across all sections.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• 12bak reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

06 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to Sports Betting, live betting, casino, and slots games on 12bak:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where a cash-out option is available.
• Odds are subject to change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error, 12bak reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Any bet associated with suspicious activity or match-fixing may be voided at any time.

Live Betting Rules

In live betting, odds change in real time based on live data. Due to network latency, there may be a difference between what is displayed on your screen and the data on our servers. In such cases, the server data shall be considered final.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 12bak. Violations will result in account suspension and balance forfeiture:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity or in the same person's name.
• Bonus Abuse: Providing false information to claim bonuses, or multiple members of the same household claiming bonuses separately.
• Money Laundering: Using the 12bak platform as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Software Manipulation: Using bots, scripts, or any other automated means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Account Sale: Selling or transferring your account to another person.
• Fraudulent Payment: Using chargebacks or fraudulent payment methods.

08 Responsible Gaming

12bak believes gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. That's why responsible gaming is built into our Terms & Conditions.

• Each user can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits.
• Users may temporarily lock their account or activate self-exclusion if needed.
• 12bak follows a strict age verification process to prevent anyone under 18 from accessing the platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

12bak strives to provide the most secure and reliable service possible. However, 12bak will not be held liable in the following situations:

• If a bet remains incomplete due to an internet disconnection.
• If a transaction fails due to a delay or error on the part of a third-party payment gateway.
• In the event of temporary service interruption due to server maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
• For losses caused by issues with the user's own device or network.
• Service disruptions caused by unexpected technical failures or cyberattacks.

12bak's total liability shall in no event exceed the value of the transaction in question. 12bak is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

11 Changes to Terms & Conditions

12bak reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Any changes will be notified on the website and the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be revised accordingly.

• Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
• For significant changes, users may be notified in advance via their registered mobile number or email.
• If you object to any changes to the terms and conditions, you may close your account and stop using the platform.
